- What are the steps to Order a Custom etched award?
1) Pick an award in your price range. Consider the amount of personalized inscription you want etched as well as logo.
2) Send us vector clean black and white Art of logo and personalized name and Inscription.
3) We will produce a paper proof and send back to you for approval. Usually in a "PDF" format.
4) Once Proof is approved we will start to process your order. We will not begin to process without your approval.
- Where are Order shipped from?
All are orders are shipped from Western PA. 15666. Unless we need to ship from other work facilities involved in custom projects. Normally ship UPS or Fedex.
We do deliver at no charge as a service to you in and around Western, PA at our discretion and time frame.
- How long does it take to produce Personalized Etched Crystal Award?
After you approve our proof it normally takes two weeks to produce a custom etched crystal awards. Depending on our back log. There are times that we can produce sooner.
- What Quality are your products?
We produce good to excellent quality products. Hot molten
stock art glass tend to bubbles that are inherent into the formation of the glass. Opticial, Premier, Prism faceted crystal shapes are normally free of image defects. Smaller
shapes are not always dimensionally perfect.
- Does it cost for Set-up or Make ready?
We will normally wave our $60.00 set-up charge as long as
we receive clean artwork of logo's and it is within our specifications. We will type set and provide the first proof
at no charge. Changes to Art or logo's that do not meet
our specifications after the first proof can cost $45.00
per hour. You would be informed before hand.
- What are the Terms and Conditions?
We Invoice to business and organizational clients in Net Terms 15 Days.
Personalized gifts for Retail Clients are required to pay upon receipt.
Major Credit cards are accepted.
